RETURNS POLICY - WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
The DURECO takes it’s products and customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and our services. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We will take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.
Please note that we will only provide a refund by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed.
You may return an unused item in new condition within 15 days of purchase valid only for item/SKU where purchase price is $500 or less ex. GST.
- Products (SKUs) build to order are products which has been build/fabricated/customized to customer specification (for example customer marking, specific connectors) incur restocking fee of 90% from original purchase price.
- All other items/SKUs incur restocking fee of 40% from original purchase price.
All items must include unmarked original packaging.
- Customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)
- International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways
- Sale/Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges

INCORRECT ITEMS ORDERED
We acknowledge that at times, there may be mistake made, when ordering your items. Sometimes the SKU's are very similar. Cancellation fee of 40% from total sum of items/SKU's will be charged (does not include shipping costs). We will do our best to reduce the amount if possible.

We acknowledge that at times, there may be mixed up items that are received. We will work with you immediately to ensure your correct item is received.
