RETURNS POLICY - WHAT'S YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
The DURECO takes it’s products and customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase and our services. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We will take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.
You may return an unused item in new condition within 15 days of purchase.
All items must include unmarked original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping only (An exchanged item shipping via freight will be subject to a return shipping cost)
International customers will be responsible for shipping both ways
Sale/Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges
No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to Dureco in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions.
Please note that we will be only be providing a refund by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit. Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED - THE CORRECT ITEM WASN'T RECEIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
We acknowledge that at times, there may be mixed up items that are received. We will work with you immediately to ensure your correct item is received.
Please contact us with your order order number, the incorrect item and we will resolve this for you.
